Inge Zubiaur

A member of the firm´s Corporate practice in Bilbao since 1997, Ms. Zubiaur has ample experience in buying, selling and restructuring companies, as well as handling complex commercial contracts (e.g., distribution, equipment supply, logistics, and turn-key construction). She is a member of the firm´s intellectual and new technologies groups, regularly advising clients on research, development and innovation.

She specializes in negotiating contracts and international corporate transactions, having handled numerous sales transactions, joint ventures, and contracts between parties in different jurisdictions, including transactions arising from international disputes.

Ms. Zubiaur is an associate lecturer at the Universidad de Deusto, lecturing on corporate law in the Master in Tax Consultancy and on unfair competition in the Master in Business Law.

Having worked in a London law firm, she has extensive knowledge of the English legal system, a system of reference in international spheres.
