Iñigo Aguirrezabala

Mr. Aguirrezabala has extensive experience in advising family businesses on asset planning, and in designing and implementing structures to meet their economic and legal needs and objectives.

He advises on all aspects of taxation affecting family assets, including those related to organizing succession transfers, de signing family protocols, and planning remuneration policies for family members. He also advises on investment and disinvestments in moveable assets and real estate, and on regulating and planning family cris is situations or situations that could requir e the division and separation of assets in complex estates.

He also has ample experience in advising on financial investment and private banking, a sector in which he developed part of his career, and in advising on real estate and business investments characteristic of family offices.
