Jaime Piera
He has extensive experience in acquiring and transferring companies, real estate transactions, corporate restructuring of business groups, and advising family businesses. He is a specialist in taxation in the Canary Islands.
He has delivered numerous courses and seminars on tax issues and is a contributing author to the books Comentarios al Impuesto sobre Sociedades (Comments on company tax) and Comentarios al IRPF (Comments on personal income tax) (Ed. Civitas and Ed. Aranzadi, in collaboration with Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira).
He is member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
