Mr. Aristondo has ample experience in labor litigation, particularly in advising on collective disputes and staff restructurings, as well as in assessing labor liability derived from corporate restructuring processes.
He also has extensive experience in labor bankruptcy law, the hiring of senior management, and defending clients in cases of liability derived from work-related accidents.
From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Aristondo lectured at the Ecole Supérieure de Technologies Industrielles Avancées de Elgoibar (Guipúzcoa, Spain), and he regularly speaks at courses and training seminars organized by employers associations and publishing houses specializing in law.
