Javier Lusarreta

Mr. Lusarreta has been an associate in the Firm's litigation practice since 2002, specializing in judicial reviews and public law. He worked at the Barcelona office until 2005 and has since practiced in San Sebastián.

He has advised all types of public administrations and companies on administrative and public law, particularly regarding public contracting, as well as on urban planning, environmental law and real estate law.
Most notably, he has ample experience in judicial review litigation in all areas and all instances of the courts, particularly in litigation involving public contract payments.

He has participated in some of the most important sales and financing transactions in the Spanish public and real estate sectors and involving many public authorities, advising clients on all aspects of public law.
