Javier Rodríguez

Mr. Rodríguez joined the firm in 1998 and is a partner of its tax practice in the New York office. He has worked as a foreign lawyer in international law firms in Buenos Aires and New York.

He specializes in advising Spanish and foreign multinational groups, particularly on planning their international investments. He has ample experience in national and international business restructurings, and in designing holding structures, and regularly advises on the taxation of large estates.

Mr. Rodríguez speaks regularly at seminars and conferences in Spain and the United States on international taxation, and writes articles in Spanish specialized press.

He is a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association.
