Joan Albalate

Mr. Albalate has ample experience in planning company restructurings, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and shareholding disputes, as well as in designing corporate structures, including both their tax analysis and planning, and negotiation.

He is a legal consultant to companies and individuals, continuously advising them on strategic and tax-structure issues in legal and tax matters.

He acts as a bankruptcy administrator, both in his role as a lawyer and economist.

He has lectured as an associate lecturer of business taxation at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

A member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the Barcelona Institute of Economists, he also has access to the Registry of Economists and Auditors.
