Legal assistance in the corporate area, in particular, on the incorporation, merger, split up and transformation of companies, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and coordination of due diligences. The main projects on which he/she has advised in the last few years include the purchase of companies in the distribution, technology and software, media, construction and agriculture sectors. Drafting and negotiation of outsourcing contracts and information technology service agreements.
