Joaquim Guallar

Mr. Guallar has ample experience in national and international commercial and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Non–director secretary and vice secretary of the boards of directors of several companies, he regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, as well as on drafting and negotiating agreements. He has advised Spanish and international groups on projects and investments in Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Mr. Guallar developed part of his career in the United States, where he worked at our offices in New York in 2005, and as a foreign associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, LLP from 2008 to 2009.

A member of the Sant Feliu de Llobregat Bar Association (Barcelona), he lectures on commercial law in the bachelor of laws at the Higher School of Business Administration also known as ESADE.
