He has extensive experience in tax problems associated with corporate and share restructuring. He is particularly experienced in providing corporate and share advice to large national and international family groups.
He was co-director of the book Comentarios al Impuesto sobre Sociedades-Tomo I: Régimen General del Impuesto; Tomo II: Regímenes Especiales (Comments on Company Tax-Volume I: General Tax System; Volume II: Special Systems).
He is member of the Institute of Economists, the Register of Economists and Tax Consultants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Accounting and Auditing Institute, Cont. Acad. del Master Fiscalidad UPF and the UIPC.
