Jorge Canta

He is a specialist in financial regulation with a broad experience as legal counsel to financial entities. He is also specialist in investment vehicles and financial products, in particular in the alternative assets field (hedge funds, real estate and private equity). He is actively involved in the setting up of investment services companies and day to day advice to such entities.

He has broad experience as a legal advisor on structuring financial products for Spanish Financial Institutions such as Pension Funds, Insurance Companies or Investment Funds (SICAV).

Speaker and Lecturer on issues related to investment funds in different postgraduate programs, including CAIA certificate, he is member of the Madrid Bar Association.
