Jorge Robles

Mr. Robles specializes in public law. He has ample experience in advising private and state-owned companies; in pre-litigation and litigation, challenging actions and administrative decisions before administrative tribunals, economic and administrative tribunals, and judicial review courts; and in handling proceedings with the Constitutional Court.

He is an expert in public procurement; managing public services, and infrastructure and transport projects; regulated sectors; and town planning law and the environment, having collaborated in the drawing up of draft legal provisions and regulations.
