José Luis Rodríguez

Mr. Rodríguez has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions , and in securities-market transactions. He has worked on many Spanish and international acquisitions, shareholder agreements, transactions involving private equity entities, and the restructuring of corporate groups.

He advises listed companies, and has participated in flotations on the Spanish stock exchanges, public offerings of listed companies, take-over bids, and in the incorporation of companies into the Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB).
