José Manuel Carro

Having joined the tax litigation practice of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 1999, Mr. Carro specializes in defending taxpayers' interests before the tax authorities, the administrative courts and the courts of justice at all levels (economic and administrative courts, the high courts of justice, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court), and regarding all types of taxation (national, regional and local).

Mr. Carro began his career in the tax department of Grupo Ferrrovial.

He frequently lectures at the Instituto Superior de Técnicas y Prácticas Bancarias (Advanced Institute for Banking Methods and Practices) and in the Master of Laws at the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
