Juan Antonio Ruiz
Mr. Ruiz has extensive experience in Spanish and international commercial litigation, focused on complex mass torts, products liability, contracts, insurance, arbitration and commercial mediation.
From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a foreign lawyer at the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York.
He is lecturer in Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), and frequently lectures on his specialty areas at national and international courses and seminars. Mr. Ruiz has written and co-written over 40 publications in his field, particularly on torts and products liability, contracts, and mediation.
