Juan Pablo Migallón

Mr. Migallón practiced law at the offices of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in Barcelona, Madrid and New York for over twelve years. He also worked, as a resident, in the Boston office of the US law firm Ropes & Gray, LLP.

He is head of the Corporate and Commercial practice at the firm’s Alicante office.

He specializes in national and international M&A, venture-capital, joint-venture, and investment transactions. He has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, family protocols, shareholders agreements, and negotiating and entering into all types of corporate contracts.

He has coordinated many multidisciplinary working teams in transactions in the pharmaceutical, real estate, energy, industrial, transport, and telecommunications sectors, and has participated in some of the most significant transactions in recent years in Spain.
