Julián García Rubí
Mr. García has ample experience in international transactions, international taxation, corporate restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and investment by Spanish investors abroad and investment by foreigners in Spain.
He was managing partner of the Madrid office between 1989 and 2010.
Mr. García is a former chair of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
