Lorenzo Varela

With extensive experience in commercial litigation, Mr. Varela mainly focuses on contracts, patrimonial law, and real estate and construction law. He has participated in many important proceedings over claims arising from company sales and directors’ liability.

He also has ample experience in inheritance law, transactions, and contractual- and tort-liability actions.

Mr. Varela lectures in the Curso de Especialista en Empresa Familiar (Advanced Course in Family Businesses) organized by the Universidad de La Coruña, Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, and the Universidad de Vigo.

He also lectures in the Master in Financial Consultancy and Asset Management at the Escuela de Negocios de Caixanova, and was a lecturer-mentor at the National University for Distance Learning.

He speaks regularly at many courses and training seminars.
