Luis Alba
Mr. Alba specializes in company acquisitions, mergers, restructuring corporate groups and bankruptcy proceedings, and has participated in transactions in the new economy sector.
He has been a lecturer on corporate law in the Masters in Tax Consultancy at Universidad de Deusto since 1992 and was a lecturer on corporate law in the Creation of E-business Companies course at Universidad de Deusto in 2000 and 2001.
