Ms. Bauzá has ample experience in advising insurance companies on matters such as life insurance, pension plans, and brokerage, and in advising pension plan fund managers on the legal and regulatory aspects of pension plans. She also advises all types of companies on the tax and legal implications of outsourcing pension commitments made to their employees, as well as on designing compensation packages.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in insurance, social welfare benefits, and insurance brokerage.
