Mafalda Mascarenhas Garcia

Associate lawyer of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira since 2000.

She specializes in corporate law and has ample experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and international contracts. She advises clients on drafting and negotiating financing contracts and sales agreements, as well as ancillary documentation.

She also has experience in restructuring companies, coordinating legal due diligences in mergers and acquisitions, and representing national and foreign companies in their capacity as financial institutions, borrowers, buyers and sellers.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1996.
