Manuel Monzó

Mr. Monzó is an expert in corporate restructuring and insolvency. He has worked on numerous bankruptcy proceedings, including some of the most prominent and complex cases in the Valencia region. He has been appointed bankruptcy administrator in several creditor arrangements.

He has extensive experience as a lead lawyer in enforcing court and out-of-court agreements, as well as in civil liability proceedings and insurance matters.

Mr. Monzó frequently lectures on courses, and at forums and seminars on bankruptcy matters.

He has been a collaborating lecturer at the Department of Political and Constitutional Law at the Universidad de Valencia.
