Manuel Follía

Mr. Follía has ample experience in banking law and finance, having advised national and international clients on corporate and acquisition finance (leveraged and management buyouts), the financing of infrastructures and projects, and debt refinancing.

He currently focuses his career on energy projects, debt restructuring and refinancing, including insolvency matters arising from these transactions.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 2005, he was an associate at Clifford Chance, and was also in-house counsel at Banco Sabadell from 2005 to 2006, working with its corporate, energy and infrastructure departments.
