Manuel Luque

He is an ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation) accredited professor of labor and social security law, teaching at Universidad Pompeu Fabra, and has been vice-dean of the degree in labor sciences at the same university since 2002.

He is director of the legal journal IUSLabor and has been arbitrator in disputes concerning the election of representatives of civil-service and regular staff in the province of Barcelona since 2000. He also served as deputy senior judge in the High Court of Justice of Catalonia from 2001 to 2002, and has been arbitrator for the out-of-court settlement of industrial disputes in the Catalan Industrial Arbitration Board since 2005 and an external advisor to the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency since 2006.
