Associate lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira since 2003. Partner since January 2011.

The main projects on which she has advised in the last few years included acquisitions of companies, due diligences procedures and day-to-day guidance to companies in the distribution, insurance, retail, agriculture and catering, real estate, automotive and construction sectors. She also has been engaged in advising on the structuring of private equity transactions and on companies’ corporate restructuring procedures, notably, mergers, spin-offs, transformation of companies, incorporation of companies and of joint ventures. Drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements, service agreements and distribution agreements.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Gongalves Pereira & Associados, she was associate lawyer at the White & Case LLP offices in São Paulo and New York.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1995.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (S.Paulo), since 2011.
