She has ample experience in preparing and coordinating legal due diligences for companies in various areas of business; preparing and implementing mergers and de-mergers of companies in the framework of restructuring processes; monitoring negotiation procedures for the acquisition of national and foreign companies and preparing the corresponding documentation, particularly contracts to buy and sell securities, and shareholders agreements; the day-to-day legal advising of companies; incorporating companies and amending by-laws; and drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., by-laws, lease assignments, lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, management, and agency and concession agreements).

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997.
