With extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the banking, finance and capital markets sectors, she mainly focuses her practice on structured finance (particularly securitization structures), project finance (particularly for motorway concessions) and capital markets, and has advised on all kinds of equity and debt finance transactions.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1984.

Member of the International Bar Association.

Published several articles in the Finance and Capital Markets fields. Lecturer at national and international conferences.
