Mariano Ayuso

Mr. Ayuso specializes in public law and town planning. He has helped prepare draft legislation and has worked as a legal consultant in projects involving the modernization of public administrations, public-private collaboration in infrastructure, and concessions, as well as town planning and real estate projects. He also has ample experience in defending companies and individuals, particularly in judicial reviews, and regularly advises town councils, foundations and consortiums. He has prepared several important draft bills, such as those for the Valencian Town Planning Act of 2005, and the Corporate Citizenship Act of the autonomous region of Valencia of 2010.

Mr. Ayuso is a senior judge specializing in judicial-review matters and an auditor of the Spanish Army Legal Corps., currently on leave of absence. He has been an associate lecturer of administrative law at the Universidad de Valencia, and has lectured on legal practice and town planning in various courses and masters at public and private academies.

He is the author of several specialized legal publications, and regularly writes articles in general and specialized newspapers.
