Marta Gispert

Ms. Gispert has ample experience in civil and commercial disputes, and legal and arbitration proceedings.

She specializes in advising on pre-litigation matters and on disputes involving real estate and construction law, commercial contracts, and corporate law.

Ms. Gispert lectures on civil litigation in the Master in Legal Practice at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and lectures regularly on courses and training seminars organized by various institutions.

She is the author of several articles in the specialized press and contributed to the Anuario Contencioso para Abogados.
