The main projects on which she advised in recent years include company acquisitions, particularly in the insurance and industrial sectors. She focuses her practice on corporate matters, particularly mergers, transformations, dissolutions and liquidations, commercial transactions, buyouts (e.g., LBOs and MBOs) and due diligences.
She has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, including hotel management contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, franchise agreements, technical assistance agreements, financial leases and sales agreements. She provides companies with day-to-day guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
After completing her studies, she practiced at Oliveira, Martins, Moura, Esteves & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, a member of the Landwell European Economic Interest Group of law firms and correspondents of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
