Marta Gómez-Luengo
Ms. Gómez-Luengo has ample experience in national and international commercial contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged and financial transactions, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
She has advised venture capital companies on investment and divestment transactions, as well as on legal issues regarding their portfolio s of investee companies. She also has extensive experience in advising national and international business groups on corporate and contractual matters relating to (i) their daily operations; (ii) and restructurings and expansion plans involving creating or acqui ring subsidiaries, branches or stakes in other companies.
Member of the firm’s Corporate and Finance Knowledge Management Group.
Ms. Gómez-Luengo lectures on Corporate Transactions in the Master in Business Law offered by the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in collaboration with the Banco Santander Central Hispano at their Centro Internacional de Formación Financiera.
She teaches practical courses on shareholders agreements and international transactions in the Master in Business Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
She also lectures occasionally at institutions such as the Instituto de Empresa and the Institute for International Research, as well as at the Madrid Bar Association of which she has been a member since 1989.
She has served as secretary on the boards of directors of several Spanish companies.
