Marta Iranzo

Ms. Iranzo, a senior associate, joined the labor practice of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in November 1995. Since then, she has specialized in labor issues, Social Security, and fundamental rights and the prevention of occupational hazards, particularly focusing on collective bargaining, senior management, dismissals, labor force adjustment plans, international assignments, and on labor proceedings and judicial reviews.

She has successfully defended many Spanish and foreign multinational companies, winning important cases before the Spanish labor courts.
She regularly advises Spanish and Latin-American businesses on all kinds of labor-related matters.

Ms. Iranzo has extensive experience in designing executive contracts for large companies, directly advising the managers of their human resource departments.

An associate lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa (IE), she lectures on labor and social security law in the Master in Legal Consultancy of the IE 's Law School.

She has lectured in the program focused on women directors, led by Nuria Chinchilla, at the IESE Business School, in addition to lecturing at the Fundación Universitario San Pablo CEU and the Centro de Estudios Financieros.

She has contributed to several of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira's collective works (in collaboration with the Expansión and Cinco Días newspapers), as well as El Anuario Laboral para Abogados (Annual Labor Report for Lawyers), La Ley, and El Estatuto de los Trabajadores comentado y con jurisprudencia (The Workers Statute, Comments and Case Law), La Ley.

She also speaks at breakfast meetings, conferences and courses organized by business schools and associations on current labor relations issues.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, she worked as administrative director for companies in the service sector (Rovican) and completed an internship at the insurance company Ges.
