Miguel A. Romeo
Mr. Romeo has extensive experience in advising companies in the industrial and real estate sectors, as well as in family business restructurings, inheritance law, tax advisory and planning for mergers and acquisitions, and in designing compensation packages for executives and other employees.
He has advised many clients on tax inspections and litigation with the Spanish tax authorities.
He is a lecturer at the Family Business Department of the Universidad de Zaragoza, and lectures regularly on courses and seminars organized by Cuatrecasas, Gongalves Pereira and the Universidad de Zaragoza.
