Miguel Guerrero

A partner at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira since 2007, and a member of the Madrid and Lyon (France) bar associations, he has practiced as a lawyer in Spain and France since 1992. He specializes in commercial law, company law and international private law.

He has extensive experience in advising clients on international affairs and transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and commercial contracts. He also advises French groups in Spain and Spanish groups in France.

He currently works in international business law at the Firm's office in Casablanca.

He is a member of the Madrid and Lyon bar associations, and is a sworn translator of French in Spain.
