Miró Ayats

Mr. Ayats is head of the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira's Tax Litigation practice.

He has over 20 years of experience in defending taxpayers' interests before administrative tribunals and courts in all their instances (economic and administrative tribunals, the Superior Courts of Justice, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice) regarding all types of taxes (state, regional and local).

He is also an expert in tax proceedings and in defending citizens' rights against abusive actions by the tax authorities.
