Mª Jesús Parra
She has extensive experience in designing and enforcing company reorganizations and downsizings, advising senior managers and executives, and defending companies and managers in all kinds of labor disputes.
She is also an expert in providing labor advice to companies before the Labor Inspectorate and Social Security, on collective and individual bargaining, and on outsourcing and the construction, catering, pharmacy and health products sectors. She provides ongoing comprehensive labor advice to Spanish and multinational companies and company groups.
She is member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
