Nuria Bové

She specializes in investments and business, as well as, in international contractual law, international commercial disputes, arbitration, company law, and foreign investment in France. Her most recent experience includes advising Spanish multinational companies established in France on both industrial and commercial projects.

She joined Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 2004, as managing partner of the Parisian Office.

She has practiced in England (Glaysiers Solicitors 1988–1989) and Spain (Baker & McKenzie, Barcelona 1990–1991), and at the Parisian firm UGGC & Associés (1993–2004), where she was elected partner in 2000.

She has been vice president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Paris since 2001, having been re-elected in March 2007. She is a member of the Barcelona and Paris bar associations, and holds the Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat [Qualifying certificate for the bar in France] issued by the Conseil National des Barreaux.

She is the author of several articles on French and Spanish law in French legal journals, and is a sworn translator for the English language.
