Olga Vázquez

Ms. Vázquez specializes in business-related criminal law and has ample experience in acting as counsel for the defense and for the prosecution in criminal proceedings involving environmental crime, crimes against estates and forgery, corporate crime, criminal insolvency, crimes against industrial and intellectual property rights, crimes committed by government employees, crimes against occupational safety and workers’ rights, crimes related to new technologies, and injuries and homicide resulting from criminal negligence.

A member of the Barcelona Bar Association, Ms. Vázquez has been practicing law since 1992.

Since 2002, she has been lecturing at the Center for Financial Studies in Barcelona in the Course in Company Law, the Master in Business Administration and Management, and the Professional Master in Legal Consultancy for Labor Law.
