Oscar Peñalver

Mr. Peñalver has extensive experience in advising companies from sectors as diverse as real estate, construction, marble, transport, textile, and footwear on bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises individuals.

He specializes in designing and managing legal strategies in corporate disputes such as shareholder disputes, and disputes over the sale of companies and the liability of governing bodies.

He also has ample experience in advising on real estate litigation involving purchase and sales transactions, swap agreements, leasing, surface rights, and property guarantees.

Mr. Peñalver lectures at the business school Fundación para el Desarrollo Empresarial (Foundation for Business Development or Fundesem-Icade), and trains directors and deputy directors for the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo.

He also lectures at business and professional forums such as the Alicante Chamber of Commerce, the Family Business Association of Alicante and the Murcia Real Estate Developers Association.
