Pablo Paisán

Mr. Paisán specializes in corporate law, mainly advising companies from a wide range of sectors; preparing reports on the duties and responsibilities of directors; advising clients on merger and acquisition transactions, and venture capital; advising business promotion companies; and advising on national and international strategic alliances.

Mr. Paisán is a member of the academic board of the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), where he is also a lecturer and director of the ISDE Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law (Foreign Trade and International Relations).

He is the secretary of the boards of directors of several companies, and lectures regularly in courses and other forums.
