Pablo Salvador

Mr. Salvador has experience in advising on product liability, and drafting affidavits of Spanish law and reports on legislative policies regarding private law and justice reform.

A professor of civil law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, he is the founder and senior editor of the online legal journal Indret ( www.InDret.com), and a member of both the American Law Institute and the International Academy of Comparative Law.

He was a senior judge at the High Court of Justice of La Mitra, Andorra from 1989 to 1993, and director general of Dret i d'Entitats Jurídiques of the Catalan Regional Government's Department of Justice from 1993 to 1995.
