Pablo García
Mr. García is a senior judge emeritus of Spain's Constitutional Court, a senior judge for judicial reviews and a retired senior judge of the Supreme Court.
He was a member o f the General Council of the Judiciary from 1985 to 1990 and is a permanent member of the Council of Law Reporting.
Mr. García has taught administrative law as an associate lecturer at the Universidad de Navarra and the Centro de Estudios Universitarios in Madrid. He has also lectured at the Instituto de Estudios de Administración Local, the Judicial School and the Madrid School of Legal Practice.
He is a member of the National Association of Administrative Sciences and is a member of the advisory committee of the legal journal La Ley.
