Paloma Fernández-España

Ms. Fernández-España has extensive experience in tax law. She has participated in many corporate group restructurings, mergers, spin-offs, share acquisitions, and share swaps.

She also has ample experience in advising clients on direct taxation (e.g., corporate income tax, unitary tax system, venture capital companies, temporary joint ventures and small entities, the application of tax agreements and regulations for non residents, and personal income tax) and indirect taxation (e.g., VAT, transfer tax, and inheritance tax). She has represented clients in proceedings initiated by the Spanish tax authorities and its inspection bodies.
