Ms. Boada is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Finance Knowledge Management Group (Gestión de Conocimiento Mercantil), a group comprising corporate lawyers with extensive professional experience, whose mission is to ensure the quality and efficiency of the firm’s services through the continued training of the lawyers and the implementation of common practices and standards.

She has extensive experience in corporate law, company sales, mergers and business restructurings, joint-venture agreements, and corporate contracts, as well as in advising unlisted companies on corporate matters.
