Pedro Amat
Mr. Amat has extensive experience in tax consultancy and planning for national and international transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and corporate restructuring. He is an expert in cross-border M&As and corporate financial transactions.
He has a long history of advising Spanish and foreign multinationals.
Mr. Amat lectures regularly at international conferences and in postgraduate courses on international taxation. He is co -author of legal publications such as Régimen Jurídico y Tributario del Capital Riesgo en España (Legal and Tax System for Venture Capital in Spain) and The Tax Treatment of Transfer Pricing in Spain (IBFD).
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the International Fiscal Association.
