Pedro Antonio Gil

Mr. Gil has extensive experience in tax planning and advising on tax matters, having participated in many corporate restructurings and family business group restructurings, M&A processes, and stake acquisitions. He actively promotes and coordinates the family protocols of many business groups of whose boards of directors he is a member.

He also has ample experience in advising on the taxation of real estate transactions, as well as in advising holders of large estates, professional athletes, and sports clubs and organizations.

An expert in corporate taxation, he lectures on finance and tax law at several business schools: Instituto de Estudios de la Empresa (Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir), Centro de Estudios Financieros, the Valencia Institute of Economists, Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros.

He is secretary of the Business Angels Network of the Autonomous Region of Valencia, and has participated in some of the most important business investment processes in Spain in recent years.
