Pilar Cavero

Ms. Cavero is an expert in collective bargaining, downsizing plans, and senior management. She advises large Spanish and multinational business groups on labor issues and the social security on an ongoing basis, as well as advising on expatriate schemes.

She has participated in several of the most complex and important restructuring and collective-bargaining processes to have taken place in recent times. She also has ample experience in advising on senior management issues, compensation, and benefits.

Ms. Cavero is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1982, and a member of the Spanish Labor Law Association.

She lectures at the School of Legal Practice and regularly gives talks at IESE.

She was a consulting lawyer on labor law to the Association of Savings Banks for nine years, and was a member of the governing body of the Madrid Bar Association from 2005 to 2007. She is secretary-general of the Industrial Relations Forum and a member of its Executive Committee.
