Rafael Monsalve

A member of the firm's litigation and arbitration practices, Mr. Monsalve has ample experience in national and international civil procedures, and ad-hoc and institutional arbitration.

He specializes in the real estate, construction, and engineering sectors; in civil and commercial contracts and in corporate disputes and disputes over the ownership of assets and rights.

He also specializes in negotiating and drafting contracts, and has helped draft many important legal opinions on civil, commercial and procedural law.

He lectures on corporate law at the Forensics School (Escuela de Práctica Forense) of the Seville Bar Association and on civil procedural law in the Master in Professional Legal Practice at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide. He lectures on arbitration both at the Universidad de Huelva and in the Master in Legal Consultancy for Businesses at the Instituto Cajasol.

In addition to speaking regularly at business and legal forums, Mr. Monsalve has also helped draft doctrinal articles in his areas of expertise.

Mr. Monsalve is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club.
