Raimundo Segura

Mr. Segura has ample experience in negotiating and drafting all kinds of corporate contracts; in the acquisition, merger and spin-off of companies; and in negotiating and closing all kinds of agreements and corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in M&A, including leveraged buyout transactions (LBOs), including management buyouts (MBOs), management buyins (MBIs), and buy-in management buyouts (BIMBOs), and advises all types of corporate investors, including venture-capital companies.

He is also expert in litigation and arbitration on the captioned matters.

He regularly supervises national and international legal and arbitration proceedings relating to his area of specialty.  

He frequently lectures in university courses, and at seminars and conferences in his field of specialty. He lectured on corporate law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 1998 to 1999, and has been lecturing in postgraduate courses at the Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (Higher School of Business Administration and Management or “ESADE”) since 2002 up to today.

He is a member of the board of directors of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, secretary of the boards of directors of Áreas and Industrias Murtra, and consulting lawyer to Bergé y Cía.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
