Ramón Oliver
Mr. Oliver has extensive experience in tax planning for the restructuring of business groups, mergers, acquisitions, and company transfers.
He also has ample experience in advising large estates and family businesses on taxation, and in advising large Spanish business groups (consolidated tax system of corporate income tax and VAT) and multinational companies (both Spanish and foreign, and their subsidiaries).
He is an expert in advising and defending clients during tax inspections and verification.
He is a member of the Tax Commission of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and has written several articles for well-known publications and specialized manuals in his area of expertise.
In addition to lecturing at conferences and in various forums, he lectures on taxation at the Universitat de Barcelona.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
